One Human Species

This simple recipe has been passed down for countless
generations. It is now considered a classic. The recipe
can easily be multiplied with fine results.

Combine together:
     Homo sapiens (African)
     ultraviolet rays (vitamin D)
Stir in:
     melanin (sunscreen)

Bake in the center of a hot oven until dark in color.

In subsequent batches, Sift in:
     distance
Gradually add:
     time

Position above or below center of oven. Reduce heat and melanin. Bake until sufficiently browned.

All variations of this recipe are made using the same ingredients.
